Woah brow

Way back in the day, thick eyebrows were a complete NO and needed to be avoided at all times. Fast forward to 2013 and BAM! thick eyebrows have made their way into our hearts. We blame Cara Delevingne. The bold beauty has arguably revolutionized eyebrows for the better; nowadays the pretty girl is described as one with 'thick but highly arched' brows. So, stop plucking and start reading. We've got 4 easy steps on how you can create the perfect looking eyebrows no matter the shape.

Step 1 : In shape
The most important thing when it comes to eyebrows is to stick to the natural shape of your eyebrows. Your natural shape is the one that usually works with your face more than one manufactured for you. You need to find the right starting and ending point as well as the perfect arch for you eyebrow. An easy way to determine the starting and ending point is by taking a pencil aligning it vertically from the middle of the nostril to the brow bone. This is the starting point of your brow.

Then take the brush and align it from the tip of your nose through the centre of the iris and onto the brow bone. This is the highest point of your brow arch.
Finally, hold the brush from the corner of your nostril to the outside corner of the eye and onto the brow bone. This is where your brow should end. Once you've got this figured out, everything else is a breeze.

Step 2 : Pluck it
The next step is to get rid of all the stray hairs around the brow, like above the brow and below it. You would first have to use a mascara style brush to brush the hairs in the direction that they're going in and then to start plucking. You can do this by using a pair of tweezers, having them threaded at a salon or just waxing them. Be careful not to pluck too many.

Step 3 : Filling
You can use an eyebrow pencil to fill your brows but make sure that it doesn't have a high pigmentation otherwise they'll be too dark. Make sure to use a pencil one shade lighter than your hair.  Be sure not to go past the ending point. Start at the starting point going in an upward motion. You can go a little darker at the end just to define your brows a little bit more.

Step 4 :  Finishing touches

After the filling has been done, use a concealer one shade lighter than you and apply it underneath the brow and use your foundation on top of the brow, this will give your brows a freshly done look. What you can also do is apply the lightest shade of eye shadow at the bottom to create this freshly done look.
